Well it’s that time of year where everyone gets out and starts getting sun. Many people will be starting up new exercise programs with the hope of losing all that winter weight as well as trying to get back into shape. The one thing that many of them are going to forget to do is stretching. This flexibility exercise should not be over looked. But it often is because of the results.
