Worse yet if the scarring that can haunt them for the rest of their lives. It’ all depends on what kind of scarring you have, how deep the scars are and how wide spread the area is that needs treatment. Because of acne marks and scarrings affects on a persons psyche it’s much better to prevent the acne so you don’t get the marks and scarring. It’s hard enough to have the acne without having to worry about marks and such. You’ve probably heard the phrase “An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.” That’s definitely true of acne. Better to give up some foods than to have the acne marks and scars that go with it.
