I have a job that requires me to sit at a desk for hours on end every day. For that reason, I need a comfortable chair. These chairs are made to be comfortable and often have arm rests and are heavily padded. The makers of these chairs know that people who sit in them are at a desk all day long and comfort is the main priority. It’s not a good idea to buy a cheap desk chair for your office unless you are getting savings on a high quality desk chair. A cheap one will likely not hold up as well and won’t be as comfortable.

I’ve had my new swivel chair for a few months now, and I really like it. I’m glad I went with one of the higher priced models. I think this chair will last me for a long time.
