If you want to show the workers in your office you really care about their long term health then buy them each an ergonomic chair . These chairs are a onetime investment that can pay long term dividends. Choosing the proper chair can increase productivity, save money on health care costs for your employees and improve employee morale. Many companies do not pay the requisite amount of attention to their office chairs. The ones that do think if they buy a line of chairs that are soft and comfortable their employees will be happy.
